Description

Great Plant Controller position in the Dallas area- hybrid work environment, fast-growing company, looking for an experienced accounting and finance Controller with manufacturing experience, cost accounting, supervisory skills, etc.

Keys:

· Strong plant/cost accounting experience

· Experience running and directing the entire plant month-end close activities, journal entries, and balance sheet account reconciliations. Familiar w/ GAAP and accrual accounting a plus.

· Supervisory experience

· Driven person w/ a strong personality to work alongside plant, corporate, customer service, etc. employees

Industry exp: manufacturing/distribution

Software: Strong Excel skills, SAP Business One, not required

Additional requirements, soft skills, etc.: Great role for someone who wants to join a growing organization. Candidate needs to be dynamic enough to work with employees/personalities from corporate and plant environments
