Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position in the field of customer service in Nashua, New Hampshire. The primary role of the Customer Experience Specialist is to provide excellent customer service, handle incoming calls, process orders, and perform back office administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency
• Process customer orders received from the B2B department
• Utilize CRM systems to keep track of customer interactions
• Provide assistance to customers with their inquiries and concerns
• Carry out back office administrative tasks as necessary
• Oversee customer accounts and ensure appropriate action is taken when necessary
• Perform billing functions and manage backorders effectively
• Ensure all customer records are kept up to date and accurate. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to assist customers with inquiries and complaints
• Familiarity with billing functions, including invoicing, payments, and adjustments
• Experience in managing backorders, including tracking and updating customers on order status
• Knowledge of general billing procedures and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging customer interactions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to improving customer experience
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
