Our client in the East Bay is looking to bring someone on to focus on data entry on a project basis.

The will include:

• Perform high-volume data entry using 10 Key typing skills.

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Manage email correspondence with professionalism and diligence.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis and reporting.

• Ensure all entered data is accurate and up-to-date.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or relevant role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with number manipulations.

• Strong customer service skills and professional email etiquette.

• Speedy and accurate data entry abilities using a 10-key numeric keypad.
