Robert Half Hiring for Data Entry Clerk at Seattle, WA Full Time

Robert Half Seattle is working with a local university to help them staff a long term, part time contract admission registrar. This role requires 1 week of onsite training in downtown Seattle and then can be fully remote after. Hours and days are flexible between Monday-Thursday as long as it stays between 20-30 hours a week.

Your responsibilities

Supervises the registration of continuing and incoming students, transfer of credits, and course evaluations

The Registrar ensures the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of current and former students, and facilitates effective student registration process

Partner with Admissions and Academic Advising to facilitate an efficient and timely process to move newly accepted students to registered

Manages an efficient transcript evaluation and processing

Developing and maintaining degree audit system and certification of students for graduation/graduation clearance

Maintains up-to-date course schedules, catalogs, final examination schedules

Manages efficient use of classrooms

Interprets and enforces academic policies and regulations of the University

Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

Excellent typing accuracy

Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

Tech savvy; PeopleSoft experience highly preferred
