A company in the IT Software industry is working with Robert Half to find a candidate with a strong sense of initiative and determined to start their career as a highly-skilled Data Entry Clerk. We are searching for a data-driven veteran who pays great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be expected to have developed intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist opportunity for you! This short-term contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Greenwood Village, Colorado area.

This is a remote role and requires you to be in the state of Colorado.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
• Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product
• Keep records of tasks, files, and progress
• Search the internet for information
• Audit reports and sheets of data
• Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
• Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources
• Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
• Solid computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
• Demonstrated typing accuracy
• Zoho experience highly preferred
• General familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Data entry experience preferred
• Typing Data Entry experience highly desired
• Adeptness in Microsoft
• Demonstrated knowledge of Excel Formulas
• Computer Data Entry experience
• Perform Data Entry experience preferred
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Numeric data entry experience
• 1+ years of related experience
