Robert Half Hiring for EDI Analyst at Rogers Full Time

Description

Robert Half is looking for a Systems Analyst to join our clients project team. We’ve got a client in Rogers, Arkansas who is looking to fill a void on their team with a long-term contract to permanent position.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support to system users within the organization

• Evaluates users needs, defines technical problems, and works with engineering/development staff to determine solutions

• Performs ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance

• Knowledge of server operating systems

• Document user processes and keep them up to date

• Desktop software troubleshooting

• End user training

• Day to day reporting on various issues

• Keeping up to date with the latest technology.

• SAP support

• EDI support – Check transactions daily. Modify EDI translation maps to reflect ever changing customer demands. Fix and resend failed transmissions when possible or notify the IS Manager.

  Requirements

Education and Experience:

• H. S. Diploma a definite requirement for the position. B.A. /B.S. Degree preferred.

• 1 + years SAP experience

• 1+ year IT experience

• Commitment to excellence and high standards

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
