Key responsibilities

• Using specific guidelines, arrange high volumes of memoranda, letters, invoices, and other indexed documents
• Word processing, filing, scanning, archiving and faxing
• Able to show strong file management, including gathering and indexing, across and with various departments and employees
• Give utmost attention to quality control to ensure proper document filing
• Help employees complete diverse projects as necessary
• Find and collect data according to company time frames
• Capacity to answer questions regarding files and records
• Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 1 year experience of file clerking preferred
• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required of all applications for this position
• Word and Excel experience preferred
• Proficient in handling office equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
• Solid understanding of filing
• Strong familiarity with Professional Demeanor
• Expertise in Clerical Duties
