Robert Half Hiring for Production Artist at New York, New York Full Time

Description We are seeking a Production Artist to be a part of our team located in New York, New York. This role involves working closely with Creatives and Art Directors in the preparation of graphic materials for production and ensuring designs are ready and on time. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Creatives and Art Directors to review final copies.

• Prepare graphic materials for production in a timely manner.

• Ensure design readiness for digital and social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Handle resizing tasks and proofreading comments diligently.

• Use tools like Figma design alongside Creative suites and photoshop for design tasks.

• Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure all work aligns with brand specifications.

• Take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and design of work.

• Assist in maintaining brand awareness through your design work.

• Adapt to using various software like Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is essential

• Familiarity with Figma is required

• Prior experience in creating advertisements and brochures is a must

• Demonstrable skills in artwork creation are necessary

• Understanding and experience in brand awareness strategies are needed

• Knowledge of design controls is crucial

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is important

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills is essential

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines is required

• Creative problem-solving skills are necessary
