Responsibilities:

• Place orders for office and kitchen supplies

• Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support

• Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

• Welcoming visitors

• Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

• Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

• Answering all incoming phone calls

  Requirements

• Earlier work involving transfer calls

• General familiarity with scanning

• Adeptness in calendar managements and scheduling appointments

• Background working with transferring calls

• Demonstrated knowledge of filing

• Experience with receptionist duties

• Scanning experience highly preferred

• Practical knowledge of scanning documents

• Experience answering inbound calls

• Previous experience working with Microsoft Outlook

• Part-Time Receptionist experience

• Good understanding of customer service

• Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

• Smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

• Detailed and have the ability work independently

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

• Incoming phone call management skills required
