Description We currently have a short-term contract / temporary to hire opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. This dynamic and creative company offers a stimulating work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the Indian Trail, North Carolina region. What you get to do every single day

• Greeting visitors

• Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

• Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support

• Place orders for office and kitchen supplies

• Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

• Answering all incoming phone calls

• Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

• Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills Requirements – Strong customer service and office administrative skills

• Customer service experience highly desired

• Microsoft Excel experience required

• Foundational knowledge in Perform Data Entry

• Data entry experience

• Adeptness in navigating basic office equipment and protocols

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office

• Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Confident, quick-witted, resourceful, solution-oriented and tech-savvy

• Highly organized and self-motivated

• Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
