Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger accounting, including preparing and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights into financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, offering recommendations based on financial data.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulations.

• Support audits, preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and external stakeholders, to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Lead special projects related to financial systems implementation, process improvement, or other strategic initiatives.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of GAAP.

• Experience with general ledger functions, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end close processes.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, NetSuite, SAP, or other ERP systems.

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling preferred).

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
