This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and motivated individual to come and work for a growing a New Zealand organisation. If you have experience working as a Personal Assistant or Team Administrator, we would love to hear from you.

We are on the hunt for an experienced Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years minimum working as an Personal Assistant or in a relevant role. We are looking for a detail orientated individual with great communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Full diary, in-box, and calendar management
• Coordinating travel and meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proofread, format and draft documents
• Works cooperatively with others across the organisation
• Actively seek out opportunities to improve efficiency and quality control in processes

Key Requirements

• A proven track record of experience in a similar support/administrative role
• Excellent relationship management skills
• The ability to understand what is important and prioritise accordingly
• Proven ability to develop trust and credibility at an executive level
• Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a flexible and dynamic environment
• Have the ability to be agile and adaptable
• A genuine desire to help and organise others
• Wide ranging knowledge of administration systems and processes
• 2+ previous years in a supportive role
