Robert Walters Looking for Scrum Master at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

You will need to be very delivery focused person and be prepared to work independently at pace in a passionate environment. This is a unique opportunity to join a complex and energised environment so having practical experience within an agile delivery framework, and as a Scrum Master is absolutely key.

Key Responsibilities

• Closely liaise with Lean Agile COE’s to continuously improve and develop the scrum practice and adoption of agile principles.
• Working with Product Owners to prioritise work and manage product backlog to maximise value.
• Facilitating stand ups, planning sessions, monitor and report progress.
• Running project retrospectives, assisting project delivery and reporting.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master working within Agile frameworks.
• Ability to create clear, concise documentation including plans, estimates, proposals and reports.
• Excellent relationship, facilitation and communication skills – ability to lead, influence and secure the right outcomes for the customer in a highly complex environment.
• Dedicated commitment to achieving results with a transparent, inclusive and practical approach.
• SAFe Agile certification and experiences working within LACE environments is highly desirable and considered a great benefit.
