Roberts Heritage Ltd Looking for Branch Manager at Hamilton Central, Waikato Full Time

Our Hamilton showroom welcomes architects, interior designers and customers who are passionate about interiors, just like our Tile Space Family! If you have an eye for detail and design, a love of interiors and a hunger to build positive customer relationships, then you’ll make a great Branch Manager at our store.

Who you are:

As Branch Manager, you’ll make sure that your store is an inspiring place to shop; that we’re wowing customers with amazing choice, and friendly, knowledgeable customer service. You must be an exceptional sales superstar with drive, passion and energy to close the deal. You’ll be leading and motivating a close-knit team by communicating, supporting, training and developing them. As a team you’ll be exceeding targets in sales and profit through inspirational customer service. A retail background is essential whilst an interest in creativity or interior design really helps in this role as you support your team to help the customer visualise their projects and really bring them to life.

You’ll manage every aspect of your store. And you’ll constantly look for ways to improve – as an individual, as a team, as a store. Leading from the front, you are someone who is commercially aware, and can relate well to people from a wide range of backgrounds.  You will have P&L experience, encouraging your team to achieve realistic KPI’s whilst keeping ahead of the competition and set your store apart. And you’re a passionate can-do, will-do role model. A natural from-the-front leader who will drive performance through your team through clear leadership, coaching and people management.

You will also have a responsibility for business development where you will be generating new business development opportunities to maximise growth opportunities.
