Rocky Mountain College is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance duties to include; plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpenter repairs. Requires excellent customer service skills in responding to requests, diagnoses of requests and initiating corrective actions within an appropriate timeframe. Candidates with documented plumbing experience in a commercial or institutional background will be given priority. Those who have completed trade school and have obtained appropriate licenses or certificates will be given preferential consideration.REQUIREMENTS:- High school diploma preferred (GED or equivalent is acceptable.) – A driver’s license is required for this position.- Candidates must communicate clearly, be enthusiastic and cooperative team player, and be able to complete assigned tasks promptly and efficiently with minimal supervision, direction or guidance.- Able to perform duties in varying temperatures.
