Rod Schubert Financial Advice (RSFA) Looking for Mortgage Advisor at New Zealand Full Time

Rod Schubert Financial Advice (RSFA) is a growing financial advice company that has been providing mortgage advice to clients for around 8 years. However company director Rod Schubert has been providing advice for over two decades, via two mainstream banks where he was employed. RSFA is an evolved holistic end to end financial advisory providing mortgage (both residential and commercial), non-bank lending, life and health insurance, and collaborating with KiwiSaver companies to providing investment advice. We also refer clients to trusted partners for general insurance, foreign exchange, reverse mortgages, and asset finance advice. RSFA can be a “one-stop financial shop” or assist in just one area.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote or on site role for a Mortgage Adviser. The Mortgage Adviser will be responsible for providing mortgage advice to clients, including helping them choose the best mortgage, assessing their financial situation, and advising them on all things mortgage related, while identifying other financial value adds, and referring internally or externally.

Note, the on site role is based in a newly established commercial retail block, where you would be working alongside company director Rod Schubert. This position is designed for a junior adviser that has or is genuinely working towards a level 5 certification, and has lending experience. Remote positions are available for junior or senior advisers.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mortgage-related/lending role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with clients.
• Familiarity with regulations and compliance related to mortgage advice.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Level 5 certification (lending strand)
