18 months Experience minimum in a Education recruitment role

A hardworking and pro-active individual who is able to work on their own initiative

Able to take direction and work closely with the team.

Working knowledge and willingness to learn.

The ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the telephone and face-to-face

An understanding of what it takes to succeed in the Education sector

Confidence using Microsoft office suite and office outlook

Have exceptional organisational skills and administrative skills

Hungry to earn a commission with a great basic salary in place
