The Role
Rogers Distribution Limited is looking to appoint three individuals with Warehouse experience, and knowledge on managing movement and storage of all stock for Production and Outwards Goods.  Two positions vacant for day shift, and one for night shift.

• Day shift from 06:00 – 14:30 or 07:00 – 15:45
• Night shift from 16:00 – 00:30 (03:30 during busy production times)

We seek individuals with strong communication skills and upbeat attitudes to move goods around, check for damage, stock and stack shelves, and prepare stock required for production. The roles require mature, competent and motivated individuals who are prepared to operate in a small, but a friendly team environment to assist our Warehouse team. Tasks & responsibilities

• Check production planning and prepare all the parts of required works orders in advance of production
• Receive into stock all completed works orders and remove to the appropriate picking shelf slot
• Pack and prepare a range of goods for production and dispatch ensuring optimum delivery times are met
• Uphold health and safety requirements for load, unload and transport of stock
• Carry out general warehouse maintenance duties
• Able to lift and transport bags, boxes or baskets with loads up to 20 kg
• To remain safety conscious at all times, taking special care when lifting, moving or stacking goods
• Record movements of stock (Data entry)
• Assist with general production/process work as and if required
• Assist with Inwards from time to time

Qualifications & experience

• 5+ years’ experience in Warehouse & Logistics
• Valid Forklift License (F-endorsement desirable)
• Knowledge on general Inwards Goods duties is desirable
• Background as a Process worker in a production environment is desirable
• Basic computer skills are desirable, but not a requirement (Word, Excel)
