Rolfson Oil Hiring for Dispatcher at Addison, TX Full Time

The Dispatcher will work closely with Company leadership and field operations in our Oils and Lubes Division to ensure resource demands are met. This mission critical role will receive and dispatch calls from Drivers and field management, must be able to use problem-solving skills to resolve capacity issues as they arise.

Job Duties:

• Daily contact via phone with management, drivers, and customers.
• Handle any requests, order, and complaints from customers.
• Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
• Providing accurate directions to delivery facilities.
• Dispatch drivers to deliveries
• Responsible for accurately keeping required records.
• Communicate with customers if deliveries are going to be late
• Other administrative projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of dispatching or logistics experience
• Industry knowledge preferred
• Advanced interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication.
• Advanced computer skills: typing, scanning, etc.
• Able to multitasks in a high pace environment
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
