Sales and Office Admin Job description

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Admin that thrives in a fast paced environment. The Sales Admin will play a fundamental role in assisting the VP of Sales achieve our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Sales Admin will help with the organization with running the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail, comfortable multi-tasking, as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Office Responsibilities

• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
• Manage the calendar of sales appointment s both in and out of the office.
• Contact clients and coordinate calendar appointments
• Manage weekly calendar for VP of Sales and all on sites, showroom tours, and phone assessments.
• Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Monitor level of supplies and order as needed
• Receive orders and add to inventory
• Ensure Inventory system is organized and accurate
• Manage CRM database
• Add incoming leads to database
• Creating POs as needed
• Coordinating company events including open house events
• Organizing file cabinets and supplies
• Printing/gathering reports
• Printing and organizing plan sets
• Prepare sales contracts and send to client via HelloSign
• Send disclosures to client via HelloSign
• Prepare site plans
• Set design center appt with clients
• Confirm all appts with clients
• Prepare items necessary for all on sites
• Perform receptionist duties
• Light cleaning

Requirements

• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Professional Strong phone presence
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized
• Take ownership of your work
• Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
