What you will be doing:

• Support associates in diverse locations with a range of HR related processes, procedures, and policies
• Investigate a variety of employee relations situations
• Review unemployment claims
• Support the new hire and onboarding process while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
• Support the life cycle of our Associates while partnering with leadership for win-win solutions.

What you bring to the table:

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field is preferred
• HR Certification is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of generalist experience in Human Resources or a combination of education and experience is required
• Proven interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
• Ability to multitask and think out of the box for solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical and administrative skills
• Excellent time management skills
• The ability to maintain confidentiality
