General Job Description: Inside Sales/ Customer Success agent for Roper Lawn Care
This is a phone sales focused position. We do not have a pushy sales process. But must be comfortable following our general scripts and incorporating soft closes and upselling customers when identfying the opportunity.
Availability needed: part time / flexible times / Full Time. We are also hiring full time it just depends on what your goals are with working with!
We are looking for additional customer success agents. This is an administrative/sales position. Preferably we are looking for someone with more of a sales focus, however 95% of the sales we receive are requests coming in by phone or online inquiry. The only outbound calls we make are follow ups with existing leads and current customers attempting to make an upsell. At times will also be required to call and generate commercial leads.
We have a simple process that is easy to follow for quoting and sending estimates which takes as little as 2-3 minutes to complete. We do require some personal video message to send to client as well after a phone call or to accompany an estimate online request. Must comfortable in front of a video camera as if you were speaking to the customer in person.
We do require video cameras for company meetings and periodic check ins and one on ones.
Must be comfortable learning and understanding as deeply as possible our service offerings and why we do things the way we do them. We have a list of FAQ to get you started but be willing to add to that list and think deeply so you can better understand.
We have an extensive training program to get you started and up to speed. We will require you to come to the shop and be introduced to our field staff and get clear understanding who we serve! This is not just a call center job. Our job in the office is to serve our guys a and gals in the field by helping to grow the company and continue to provide help to our field staff and sell work for our folks to complete. – Videoing your face and shared screen walking customer through an estimate and explaining the process. (I have examples)
– Following up with customers successfully.
– Identifying future upsell opportunities.
– Working closely with office manager to reach sales goals.
– Clearly explaining what our company provides and communicating that to our customers.
– Creating a personable relationship with our customers.
– Creating unexpectedly delightful experiences for our customers.

That is why every single process in our business I have tried to make as efficient and easy as possible. If there are properties that I wouldn’t want to do myself, I don’t expect others to do it either. If there are potential clients that are just not great people. We just don’t work with them. I don’t have the time or energy to let someone else disrespect me or any of my employees. That is something I consider to be core to our brand.
