Position Title: Data Entry and Word Processing

Location: Hauppauge, NY 11788

Start: ASAP

Estimated End Date: 11/13/2024

Hours: Mon-Fri

Job Description:

1. Answer phones.

2. Waiver Letters.

3. Mail/mailings at the following times: 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm.

4. Shredding of folders and assort paperwork.

5. Medical Bills – House Managers, MSC, Family Care Liaison will be dropping bills off via mail or in person. Responsible for the correspondence between the doctor offices, dentist office, etc., providing them with the proper Medicaid/Medicare insurance information so they bill correctly.

6. Monthly Financial Forms – Responsible for entering data from these forms into TABS system. BRO 273 Correspondent form, BRO 275 Life Insurance form, BRO 277 Assets form and BRO 289 Health Insurance forms.

7. Faxing/copying/filing as needed.

8. Making new folders for incoming clients, as well as maintaining current clients active and archives folder.

9. Record retention.

10. Involved in spontaneous tasks assigned by the supervisor.
