• Rosenau Transport Ltd is currently seeking a HR Administrator to join the Human Resources Department to support the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company with great benefits. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the development of our recruitment, onboarding and engagement strategies and data report development across all locations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Recruiter in administration of resume data collection and job posting
• Schedule interviews, and orientation training
• Assist with the development of standardized electronic onboarding modules and new hire welcome packaging
• Confirm all onboarding documentation and training checklist by location
• Provide support to Director, Human Resources in data verification and report development in Ceridian Dayforce WFM Modules
• Assist with recruitment events and retention strategies
• Work with all site locations to coordinate and support onboarding new hires
• Ensure the accuracy of all data input and systematic reporting
• Support the development of employee engagement strategies

Skills & Education:

• Ideal candidate will have 2+ years HR Administrative experience
• Working experience with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system is an asset
• Working experience with Indeed Employer Portal and data reporting
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the keen interest in developing analytical reporting
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with all employee groups
• MS Office/SharePoint/PowerPoint & intermediate Excel experience required.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple calendar bookings for interview and onboarding
• Experienced with conducting employee orientations and onboarding desirable
