Branch Administrator

The Opportunity:

As our first point of contact, you will meet and greet our customers and direct them to the appropriate party. You will be working in a friendly and enjoyable environment that allows you to interact with people from various departments. Duties include the following:

• Assist Branch Manager
• Manage incoming calls
• File, open, or distribute daily mail
• Email invoices and file paperwork
• Parts Shipping & receiving
• Complete reports
• Payroll entry
• Processing credit card transactions
• Looking up invoices for customers
• Perform other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

You are someone who enjoys the working in a customer service role while handling your administrative duties. You can manage multiple task or projects, while handling numerous customer requests. We are looking for a Branch Administrator that meets the following qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in related discipline
• One-year experience in a fast-paced office environment
