The role will also be responsible for responding to inquiries through email or telephone calls, general administrative duties, and special projects, as needed.Responsibilities:Interact with Roush management, dealerships, suppliers, and Secretary of State for corporate vehicle transactionsEnter data in corporate software for purchase orders and processing invoicesRecord department monthly credit and expense reports and daily staff timecardsProvide assistance and/or direction as needed for maintenance work ordersPrepare and maintain detailed documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft ExcelComplete general administrative duties including telephone calls, scanning documents to electronical file and data entryResponsible for corporate graphics production including nameplates, certificates, laminated signage, and framed artworkPerform special projects for the lease and building effortsEnsure office and graphic supplies are ordered and maintainedMinimum Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or equivalentMinimum 5 years of recent general office experience providing administrative support and coordination, including data entry in a professional environmentMinimum 3 years of experience supporting a variety of teams and departments in a corporate environmentValid driver’s license and clean driving recordStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, and WordExcellent communication skills including professional in-person interactions, telephone etiquette, and e-mail correspondenceStrong attention to detail and ability to thoroughly complete general administrative duties including scanning, filing, data entry, and office supply managementKnowledge of financial terms and principles and strong math skills with ability to calculate simple figures such as percentagesCapability to work independently and self-manage to prioritize assignment and workload accordingly; ability to take initiative and willingness to learnA successful candidate may also have: Previous accounting or finance experienceExperience with PeopleSoft ERP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systemsUnderstanding of building and construction terminologies and commercial property lease languageUnderstanding of accounting practices including invoicing and receivables To apply, please visit the Roush careers page by clicking on this link: &a href=”http
