Mid-size Warner Center law firm seeks experienced receptionist / admin assistant. Duties include, but not limited to, greeting clients in person or by telephone; answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while proving basic information when needed. Also, receive and sort daily mail, maintain appointment calendar for the conference room, order office supplies and keep inventory of office supplies. Lastly, support attorneys, paralegals and office administrators with projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
