As a qualified candidate you will have, at minimum, the following job requirements:
Completion of a two year college program with a focus in Secretarial or Administrative Assistant work
Ontario Secondary School graduation diploma with commercial options or equivalent secretarial skills
Progressive experience in administrative roles
Computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint required)
Experience supported a Manager or Director
Demonstrated technical skills – computer software and audio-visual equipment.
