Qualifications:
Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent required
Medical Office Administration Program or Human Resources Certificate Preferred
Excellent customer service essential
Excellent attendance record essential
Experience:
One year experience with scheduling in an acute care setting an asset
Working knowledge of scheduling systems, Kronos/ESP preferred
All Microsoft applications required
Staff scheduling and understanding of unionized collective agreements essential
Understanding and implement Human Resource and Payroll policies essential
Responsibilities:
Data quality and daily maintenance of all schedules and time cards
Accurate pay codes and data entry
Posting of prime time specialty and regular schedules, on time, without vacancies
Effective and efficient communication essential
