We are looking for a talented individual who will be assisting the Human Resources Department to fill the role of Recruiting Coordinator. This individual will be in charge of finding and hiring suitable candidates to fill open job opportunities within our company and interacting with department heads to fill openings and overseeing the entire recruiting process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Creating job descriptions and job postings.
Sourcing, recruiting, and conducting pre-screenings and first interviews.
Scheduling second and last interviews for the HR Department.
Maintaining an excellent relationship with candidates.
Working with the HR Department for training and orientation schedule as well as confirming all necessary documentation is available for the onboarding process.
Working with Department Heads to fill the Recruitment needs.
Any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education and or work-related experience in Human Resources or Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Must be able to work 9am-5pm from Monday-Friday in the office.
Must have an outgoing, friendly and bubbly personality to be able to deal with candidates on the regular basis.
Understanding, professional, reliable, multi-tasker, and efficient.
Highly motivated with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and familiarity with the process.
Strong communication, computer, and social media skills.
Compensation: $45,000 base salary + employee retention bonus at the end of the year, negotiable after performance appraisals
