We’re looking for a growth focused Transfer Pricing Manager to join our growing International Tax team. In your role, you will be responsible for the following:Managing transfer pricing engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing transfer pricing deliverables.Supervising, training, and mentoring staff on transfer pricing projects and assessing performance of staff for engagement reviews.Advising clients on intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans.Working with other client service teams in providing coordinated tax planning, advisory and compliance servicesConducting financial and economic analyses of multinational and domestic corporations, including industry and market research, economic valuations and comparative financial benchmarking.Analyzing financial and economic data, including financial statements, for transfer pricing purposes.Identifying opportunities for providing transfer pricing services to new and existing clients and contributing to thought leadership materials.Proactively interacting with key client management to gather information and to help resolve tax and transfer pricing related issues.Providing assistance in tax audit defense and dispute resolution.Enhancing technical skills by remaining up-to-date on industry trends, new legislative developments and tax authority decisions, and proactively considering changes to complex client situations.Basic Qualifications:Requires a minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Accounting, Taxation, Business or related field.Requires one of the following:Enrolled AgentCertified Public AccountantJuris DoctorChartered Financial AnalystAdvanced degree in Economics, Business, International Relations, International Affairs, Tax, Accounting, Finance or related field.Requires a minimum of five (5) years of transfer pricing experience.Requires supervisory experience.Excellent managerial, organizational, project management, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.Requires ability to travel to local client sites as needed.Interest in expanding market development skills over time.
