Junior Estimator

Successful Landscaping business in Co.Cork has a requirement for a Estimator/Project Coordinator to continue to build this expanding enterprise.

This role offers a varied work load and will be based onsite in North Cork, working closely with the company Director.

Project sizes vary from €50 – 500k

• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Maintains contact and relationships with private individuals and other organizations.
• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements.
• Computes costs by analyzing labor using an estimating software package, material, and time requirements.
• Other adhoc duties will also make up part of this role such as
• Socail Media Marketing
• Record Keeping
• Enquires
• Health and Safety

Skills Required:

• Prior estimating experience is a requirement of this role
• Must be able to work of own initiative
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Highly organised with top class communication and interpersonal skills , proven ability in building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stake holders.
• Motivated and energised and highly organised

Education:

• Third level Qualification Diploma or Degree level with prior experience in related discipline is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
