rTriibe are currently recruiting Graduates to work on a daily full or part time basis in local schools in Burton-On-Trent and surrounding areas as Cover Supervisors.

This is a great way to start a career within education whether that’s going down the road of becoming a Teacher or a career in support within schools.

We have daily requests for our Cover Supervisors from local Secondary schools to cover all subjects.

We can offer work to fit around your lifestyle whether you are available for one or two days per week or all week, we will work hard to find you suitable work to fit your availability and preferences.

The role will include the following:

• All subjects lessons will be covered but work will be set, therefore you will need to follow the lesson plan set.
• Explain the lesson plan to the students and ensure they understand and complete this work.
• Ensure Students are working effectively and controlling behaviour following school behaviour policies
• Collect work at the end of the lesson and report back to the cover manage

Requirements for this role:

• At least 4 weeks of experience either in a voluntary or paid position working with children between 4 to 18 years old (Working in a school, coaching, workshops, Scouts Leader, Camp America etc)
• The ability to work on a flexible basis
• A ‘proactive’ attitude that will get involved.
• Good behaviour management
• Confidence giving instructions to a class of children

We require motivated candidates that can deliver lessons to Secondary age pupils, can easily build relationships, be proactive and have good classroom management.
