We are an international photography and virtual tour service company seeking a motivated individual. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, photography, organizational, and photo editing skills that can develop into one of our account managers and scheduling coordinators and assist with our growing number of national and international accounts. This position will also be responsible for checking over each job before it is sent to the client to ensure the quality of service.

Our candidate will support our Tour Track team and National Sales Managers. RTV’s Tour Track division currently performs hundreds of professional photography and virtual tour jobs monthly for companies like Best Western, KOA, Choice Hotels, Red Roof Inn, and more.

Photography and adobe experience is a must. Applicants must also be proficient in written and oral communication. The candidate should be comfortable over the phone, on camera during zoom meetings with corporate clients, and using a PC computer. The ability to identify a problem quickly and solve it in a precise and timely manner is highly valued.

Having the ability to be meticulous with daily tasks and organization is very important. Applicants must be comfortable with multi-tasking and working on different projects simultaneously and be able to organize time and projects accordingly to meet expected timelines. Must enjoy working with customers both by phone and via email. Occasional travel may be required to attend conventions and trade shows.

Although we have a fun and casual environment, our office is fast-paced and hard-working. Applicants will be expected to keep up with deadlines and side projects as they arise.

Job purpose:

Support RTV’s National Accounts and National Sales Managers through administrative efforts, ensuring RTV’s quality of service, photo editing, sales efforts, customer follow-ups, photography job scheduling, email, and phone calls. Will work as a liaison between the Tour Track Account, Sales, and Accounting departments.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and all aspects of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of Google Drive, sheets, and docs will also be necessary.
• Must be proficient in written communication and comfortable speaking with customers/clients on the phone to answer questions and solve issues.
• Must be well-spoken, positive, and energetic, speak clearly and confidently over the phone, and be able to write clear and concise messages.
• Must be comfortable with multi-tasking and working on different projects simultaneously and be able to organize your time and projects accordingly to meet expected timelines.
• Must have the ability to identify a problem quickly and being able to solve it in a precise and timely manner.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Dispatch new orders daily to qualified photographers
• Monitor all open Tour Track orders on the processing log and work as a liaison between national accounts, photographers, and RTV corporate to help jobs come to completion
• Assist with monthly tour renewal program
• Submit payment reports daily to the accounting team
• Assist RTV’s Tour Track and Sales team by co-monitoring incoming emails and voicemails
• Engage and be proactive with customers and National Sales Managers to assist with writing orders, solving problems, or re-directing non-sales communications to the photography, accounting, or support departments to help solve customer problems
• Maintain and develop RTV customer databases and process completed sales orders
• Work through monthly lead lists by organizing the lists, sending out “approach” emails, and scheduling follow-up activities in RTV’s database
• Assist Tour Track and Accounting departments with customer and Tour Track order audits
• Assist in locating and recruiting professional photographers to the RTV network by researching geographic areas where coverage is weak
• Attend ongoing training sessions, webinars, and annual RTV conventions to ensure continued development and relevant knowledge within the industry
• Assist in new hire training to ensure proficiency on all RTV systems
• Maintain and help promote a relaxed and calm atmosphere throughout the work environment
• Write clear and concise instructions, manuals, e-mail templates, or guidebooks relevant to the interworking of the company systems
• Take on additional company projects and tasks as directed by the supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
