Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant role supports the marketing team in all matters of its daily operational functions.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support Assistant Media Buyers with invoices, media postings, and campaign audits.
• Support Event Coordinator in ordering, tracking, and managing promotional inventory merchandise.
• Assist with maintaining an E-commerce online store.
• Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors and associates.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, as well as in a team setting.
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor’s in Marketing is a plus, but not required.
