Russ Milne Ford is in need of an Document Scanning Clerk. Russ Milne Ford is a family owned and operated Dealership and has been in business since 1959. We pride ourselves on our strong family atmosphere and attention to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Scan documents from the customer sales file
• Must be able to type
• Catalogue documents in scanner
• File customer sales file once scanned

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous dealership experience not required – we will train the right person
• Accurate typing skills
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week
• Must be dependable & organized
• Must be able to work independently after training
