Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an exciting career opportunity for an Executive Assistant! This individual would provide administrative support and true partnership to the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer with a high level of professionalism.

Some things you can expect to do:

• Provide sophisticated calendar management, prioritizing requests while troubleshooting conflicts, and making judgments & recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients on all matters pertaining to the executives, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature
• Work closely with the CHRO and CMO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, anticipating their needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
• Prepare Word documents, Excel sheets, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documentation in support of objectives for the organization
• Arrange travel and accommodations, including preparation of expense reports
• Draft correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and other organizations in which the executive is involved
• Represent the company and its executives in a positive light with great follow-through skills and sound judgment
• Conserve each executive’s time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information in advance, as needed

To be successful in this role, you must use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgement to hand C-Level matters. Excellent communication and time management skills are required, with proven ability to meet deadlines. You also must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
