RYHR Looking for Strategy Assistant at Palmerston North, Manawatū-Whanganui, New Zealand Full Time

Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a Strategy Assistant to be at the heart of this exciting space!

Reporting to the Strategy and Innovation Team Leader, you’ll work collaboratively with the entire business to support them achieve their goals and implement some really fab initiatives. You will be the go-to person when it comes to understanding the strategy and vision. You will champion success, at every turn, and its evident in the successful roll-out of new initiatives.

You have a great overview of how the business works which enables you to be ahead of the curve at every turn. You’re a stickler for details and accuracy and can delve into a high volume of data and reporting like its an Olympic sport. You’re able to question everything on a spreadsheet, taking a firm but fair approach, as you know the buck stops with you.

You’re a self-starter who knows how to communicate with all business units, at every level, and you’re confident fielding the tricky questions while keeping your cool. You may have experience in agile working and know how to get the most out of others and yourself. Your day will never be dull, and you will revel in tackling challenges head on.
