About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Jane Winstone Retirement Village, Whanganui as a Caregiver in our Dementia Unit. We have a casual role available working varied hours and days and flexibility is key due to nights and weekends being included. You must have Dementia qualification or willing to do the Dementia qualification as soon as you join with us.

In this role you will:

• Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
• Follow our resident’s individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa
• Use the latest technology – including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
• Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment

About You
