JOB SUMMARY

The AMR HR Operations team is currently looking for a Sr. Analyst, HR Process in the Houston metropolitan area. An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability manage and coordinate multiple competing stakeholder priorities
• Ability to work independently and show initiative

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide subject matter expertise on processing of AMR employee life cycle change requests
• Develop & update HR Operations team Process/Procedure manuals & other documentation
• Participate & provide subject matter expertise on HR projects & new initiatives
• Identify opportunities to automate, optimize and improve current employee data processing and audit practices.
• Collaborate & provide guidance to the HR Business Partners & provide support on employee and supplementary contractor related questions/concerns.
• Lead internal projects working with the HR Operations Manager and partner with other team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field of study.
• 3+ years of experience working with data analysis & processing in HR Systems. Experience with SAP R/3/ Employee Central & Successfactors (Onboarding) strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with HR projects, leading project work streams and delivering solutions
• Minimum of 3-5 years working with the following applications
  • Outlook
  • Excel
  • Word
  • SharePoint
  • Visio
