The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Morrey’s team. Main responsibilities will include team member coordination & support, new job set-up, project & vendor management.

Team Member Coordination & Support: Arranging travel, reviewing team member time, scheduling meetings, creating and maintaining agendas, training tracking, scheduling and documentation, coordinating team events and ordering apparel
New job set-up: Updating all software/ systems and preparing kick-off documentation
Project Management: Coordinating purchase and change orders, managing sub-recs and warrantees, updating and maintaining change order and sales reports, managing job documentation in ERP and preparing close out documentation
Vendor Management: Client communication, new vendor set up, trade partner subcontracts, and completed job surveys
