Responsibilities:

-Manage the Aftermarket Department within the Dealership

-Take charge of Customer Experience

-Selling products and accessories for Sold Vehicles

-Understand all Protection Packages benefits and Product Guarantees Sold

-Work directly with customers via Phone, Online and Face to Face

-Process Aftermarket Orders and Document Customer Purchases

-Assist customers after the sale with questions and scheduling

-Assist Finance Department with Document Handling

Pay: $5,000.00 – $8,000.00 per month
