We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join this organisation as they revolutionise the Customer Service Industry.

These roles offer a robust training program coupled with ongoing support to ensure your continued success. This centre operates on a rotating roster Monday to Friday 9am – 7pm and 10am to 4pm on weekends!

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Customer Experience with both new and existing customers.

This role will see you driving the customer experience across a multi-channel environment such as voice, social media and chat.

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with social media and online chat is also advantageous

Salary: From $21.30 per hour
