Sagely Looking for Health & Safety Advisor at Auckland Full Time
Our client is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to take on this integral role within this Hamilton based organization.
As the sole H&S Specialist for the organization, you will be responsible for leading the continued development, implementation and maintenance of robust Health and Safety systems and processes across a diverse portfolio of business units. This will involve embedding the Health and Safety groundwork that has been done to date leading the overall direction of the Health & Safety programme, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation. Ideally you’ll also be comfortable with conducting analysis of incident metrics and audit activities including reporting as well as drafting relevant policy documentation.
We’re looking for someone with the drive, initiative and personality to successfully promote a positive Health & Safety culture across the organization. As a strong technical H&S practitioner you will also be experienced in group facilitation and training and planning.
