Job Description:
- assignment of their work tasks
- arrangement of workers’ duty roster, with consideration of sick leave and work absence
- interview and selection of candidates and the job offer follow-ups
- ensuring smooth running of business at jobsites
- addressing to clients’ complaints, feedback, request etc
- being hands-on to manage tasks at sites in the event of manpower shortage
- Update and submit workers’ timesheet
- Provide reports and summary as and when required, eg incident report
- Self possession of vehicle advantage, though not necessary
- Able to work in an outdoor environment
- Experienced in managing a large team of workers in different jobsites
