We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide professional program/project management support as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team supporting national security objectives in developing the Fort Belvoir North Area (FBNA) Intelligence Community (IC) Campus. Candidate must show experience working in a fast-paced environment that involves balancing competing requirements.
A successful candidate in this position will demonstrate strong development of finished briefing materials ready for consumption and the NGA leadership and higher levels. You will apply your program management and administrative support skills to organize and execute tasks against timelines. As part of the team, you will be required to support the program office in the execution of various tasks requiring vision, leadership and proficiency in problem identification, analysis, resolution, communications, process improvement, and competency in business services.
Responsibilities include:
Perform all administrative functional requirements, meeting planning, development of communications, and interactions with government administrative processes.
Assist in developing the Program Management Plan and provide technical editing support.
Timely and appropriate action tracking for NGA PMO.
Provide full administrative support to senior NGA PMO staff.
Develop and maintain a master NGA PMO calendar.
Coordinate with other PMO representatives on scheduled events that require NGA PMO staff participation or information submittals – assure PMO staff are made aware as appropriate.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be able to pass counter-intelligence polygraph after hire.
Bachelor’s degree and at least 14 years of experience.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment that involves balancing competing requirements.
Customer Service experience in federal and or intelligence community.
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.
Desired
Experience using Microsoft Project.
Basic understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense.
