Sales Talent Agency, Inc. Looking for Director of Sales at Vancouver , British Columbia Full Time

Our client has an impeccable reputation and a product portfolio of flooring solutions that is extremely impressive (manufacturer + distributor). They are growing their team across Canada and looking for a proven Sales Leader to lead the Western Canadian sales team.

As the Director of Sales, you will be tasked to further develop and lead a team of 5 Territory Sales Representatives (and growing) across Western Canada.

Responsibilities Include

• Managing a current team of 5 Territory Reps across Western Canada
• 30%-40% travel across Western Canada is required for this role
• Lead the hiring process as you will be growing your team over the next 1-2 years
• Consistently grow territory revenues by driving new business and existing business
• Coaching and developing your sales team
• Consistently hit revenue and KPI goals that are in place
• Qualified candidates must have proven experience in the flooring or building materials industry
