Slack is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our digital operations in support of the global paid digital team. This role will partner closely with domestic and international marketing managers to flawlessly plan, launch, and track advertising programs and budgets.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in ad operations and hands-on campaign management, who is hungry to learn and grow quickly as part of a world class marketing team. We are looking for a proven track record of extreme attention to detail, proactive and clear communication. You are known as a problem solver and someone who always knows where to find what others are looking for. Experience with major advertising platforms and program management is required to be effective.
What you’ll do
Responsible for trafficking, monitoring, and troubleshooting issues for advertising campaigns
Set up and QA advertising campaigns using multiple ad-serving platforms
Review and approve ad display creatives
Troubleshoot ad serving errors and report discrepancies
Create reports on campaign performance
Process creative changes and campaign updates
Manage campaign and digital project intake process and follow-up discovery sessions to ensure all needed information is gathered and prepped.
Support quality assurance for all digital campaigns including proofing of landing pages, sites, micro-sites, paid search ads, display ads, social ads, email, while finding new and efficient ways to improve QA process.
Be a liaison across campaign managers, channel owners, creative teams, agencies, marketing operation, and compliance teams to ensure projects are on time and meet requirements.
Manage source of truth documents repository across teams and ensure version control is accurate.
Requirements
Previous experience required in either digital/web/mobile advertising/media
Immaculate attention to detail
Proactive, go-getter who takes ownership and is accountable for all his/her work
Capable of prioritizing tasks and switch projects on the fly
Experience with ad platforms and tag managers.
Experience working with agencies a big plus
For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $80,400. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
