The Business Analyst leads consultative engagements with complex enterprise customers, partnering with key collaborators to create compelling visions while gathering requirements and completing goals and strategies. They serve as hands-on Business Analysts, using good interpersonal skills, functional and/or technical knowledge, Salesforce product knowledge, industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of their client’s business to deliver customer ROI. Business Analysts are strong presenters and facilitators, obtaining customer acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision, and driving the difficult conversations necessary to implement business strategies. They interact with both technical and functional customers to understand and gather requirements, analyze information, prioritize backlog, and create user stories based on requirements with appropriate acceptance criteria. They also show a strong understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives. Business Analysts contribute to thought leadership and Agile best practices and processes in order to facilitate and lead Agile events and establish an environment where the team can be effective.
Responsibilities:
Understanding of end-to-end business processes in the Health or Insurance industries
Create user stories based on customer requirements with appropriate acceptance criteria
Focus on backlog prioritization and work with stakeholders and customer needs to define roadmap
Work with stakeholders, product owner, and team members to understand scope and suggest improvements
Facilitate Agile events, coach team on Agile processes and best practices and remove impediments as necessary
Help clients consistently meet/exceed goals and metrics
Deliver high client satisfaction (CSAT) and positively impact client renewals (when applicable)
Excellent written, presentation and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and processes
Generate positive feedback from internal teams and leadership
Show continued professional growth and development
Salesforce project experience
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent
SAFe Certificati
3-5 years of relevant experience
Agile knowledge and/or BA certifications preferred
Proven results leading customer and/or partner success stories
Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience
Experience in Health Cloud

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $66,600. You may also be entitled to receive 10% target bonus, and benefits.
