Description: We are looking for a hands-on solutions program manager to scale solutions tooling and accelerate Commerce Cloud growth. The individual will work closely with GTM, Solution Engineering, Q Branch, Product, and Partners to launch and scale demo operations globally for Commerce Cloud.
Ideally, the person would have a technical background in solution engineering/enterprise architecture to create storyboards, demos and processes for maximum impact on sales. Their ability to identify gaps in processes would help them create the strategy required to improve operations. This individual would show a spirit of demonstrating-to-win, a growth mindset, and a collaborative spirit to boost and highlight solution engineering success. The person is also expected to be well versed in various industry use cases for digital 360 (commerce, marketing, service, loyalty) and the creation of persona-based narratives to drive home value stories to the market.
Responsibilities: The person will work with business & strategy team create a project plan for success broadly for commerce cloud with a specific focus on sales assets creation and partnership with QBranch and the SE community. The goal is to identify gaps in our ability to execute personalized story-driven and winning solutions for customers. Targeting new assets for industries they will create and manage a program of solutions and tools in a collaborative and multi-department environment. They will be adopting a multi-product lens and evolve the sales environment to expand demonstrating abilities beyond commerce.
Focused on demo operations and improving the efficiency of solution engineering to consistently deliver winning presentations, the ideal candidate will:
Coordinating with Solution Engineering and Q Branch on ensuring growth of demo scale initiatives and generate a strategy for sharing assets broadly at scale
Enable Q branch, solution engineering and product teams on best architecture and design approach
Work closely with Product to ensure new functionality is published to demo environments and adopted by the field sales and partners
Program manage capacity together with QBranch between demands based on projects vs. scaling & tooling
Ensure new product functionality is accessible across demo environments
Encourage an expansive mindset to drive innovation adoption in presentations assets, talk track, and stories
Act as advisor in developing tools to accelerate industry adoption of commerce cloud including gathering requirement and feedback form the field
Project manage demo operations aligned by industries
Role Characteristics:

Industry knowledge . Knowing a few of the industries such as automotive, financial services, HLS, telco would be nice to have
Salesforce Smart . Being able to work with and leverage other parts of Salesforce beyond just resources from immediate team.
Hands-on Technical Experience. Has prior SE or professional services experience creating solutions for Salesforce prospects or customers. Specific Commerce Cloud implementation experience is desirable.
